Abstract

Results of this study are as follows; First, research showed significant differences in retirement anxiety of middle-aged men according to job satisfaction, economic conditions, education, and health. Second, significant correlations were revealed between family function and self-efficacy among middle-aged men. Third, family function had significant effects on the retirement anxiety of middle-aged men. Fourth, entire self-efficacy, general self-efficacy and social self-efficacy had statistically significant effects on retirement anxiety.
